LA ROSE 玫瑰鍋之料理: 香棗薑汁糕
我好鍾意食紅棗糕
又食過酒樓好好味嘅薑汁糕
所以一直想自己試下整 :)
做法:
A: 薑汁85g+凍滾水135g+香棗片糖90g
B: 粘米粉10g+糯米粉7g+木薯粉70g
1. A開鍋煮溶
2. 將A倒入B,拌勻隔篩
3. 蒸盤掃一層薄油。粉漿每層蒸4分鐘,最近嗰層蒸20分鐘,竹簽插入冇黏即可
4. 放涼後刀沾凍滾水切件上碟
*室溫可存放2-3日,但一入雪柜會變硬!
