多士焗爐煮大餐: 香草焗羊架
哈哈
竟然唔記得寫返呢個食譜!
其實我都幾依賴呢個blog ga
我真係當佢係煮食筆記~
簡單做法:
1. 羊架兩件(已切件)用蒜鹽、黑胡椒碎、橄欖油、雜香草略醃(10分鐘)
2. 然後大火煎封4面
3. 放入已預熱焗爐用220度焗10分鐘(7成熟)
4. 開餐!
